We are looking for an intelligent, highly motivated, positive, results-oriented Business Analyst to join our Architectural Services Department. You will work closely with various NVR departments and outside business partners to collect and review data, create reports, and manage specified projects that result from the data analytics.  This includes identifying opportunities for cost reduction or best practices resulting from the analysis and supporting the implementation of these opportunities.   

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage projects related to Architectural Services workflow optimization. Drive improvements leading to reduced probability of errors and reduction in cycle times.
  • Map various Architectural Services business processes and analyze product portfolio metrics, provide recommendations for enhancement.  
  • Collaborate with management to establish business metrics for new programs.  Develop reports to measure results and monitor trends and communicate results to ASD leadership and external NVR business partners.  
  • Ensure alignment of data, reporting and results through collaboration with key NVR business partners. 
  • Develop working knowledge of NVR’s computer systems and become a subject matter expert in these systems for the Architectural Services Team. 
  • Represent business requirements and collaborate with the NVR IT group to roll out technology driven process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Demonstrated analytical experience with previous work experience.
  • Highly driven with strong problem analysis.
  • Results oriented and ability to think independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and business partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within Microsoft Excel and other systems to perform data analysis and create program metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail, planning and organizational abilities.
