Fair Labor Standard Act Status: Exempt

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 D.O.E. + Benefits

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, product managers and engineers to identify and understand product requirements
  • Produce specification documents, including customer profiles, business requirement documents, process flow diagrams, epics/features/stories based on prioritized requirements
  • Work closely with the development team through design, testing, and product release to ensure that the solution being designed accurately meets the needs and expectations of users
  • Perform business process analysis for roadmap features against current and competitive solutions including workflows, feature set, pricing, market share and differentiating value
  • Manage user experience including ease of use and workflow simplification
  • Own requirements across the SDLC and production
  • Help define and enforce standards for gathering requirements across the development department
  • Collaborate with the application architect in designing viable application architectures based on requirements

Requirements

  

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to produce rich documentation including requirements documents, user profiles, flowcharts and other process diagrams
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with both client-facing and internal stakeholders
  • Must be able to build and maintain positive business relationships with co-workers and other business contacts
  • Familiarity with mapping user flows, and understanding how people use complex products or broad suites is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Experience/Education:

  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, program analyst, product manager or equivalent position
  • Proven working experience with Agile software development methodology
  • Proven experience organizing and facilitating customer input sessions
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Experience with API solutions (SOAP/Rest)
