Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize building performance and minimize downtime.
• Manage vendor relationships for outsourced maintenance services and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, budgets, and inventory of supplies.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to support facility-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in building maintenance preferred.
• Proven experience in building maintenance or facility management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
