Full-Time Engineer (Maintenance)

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA

Hourly Rate: $24.64

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Engineer (Maintenance) to join our team in Rancho Cordova. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in facility maintenance who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in the operation, repair, and maintenance of all building systems and equipment
Ensure facilities are functioning safely and efficiently
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies with urgency and professionalism
Work a flexible schedule including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays

What We’re Looking For:

Open availability (including AM/PM shifts and weekends)
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1+ years of customer service experience
1–4 years of maintenance experience in a multi-unit facility (hotel or hospitality experience a plus)
Clean DMV record
HVAC certification a plus
Relevant military experience a plus
