Full-Time Engineer (Maintenance)

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA

Hourly Rate: $24.64

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Engineer (Maintenance) to join our team in Rancho Cordova. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in facility maintenance who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the operation, repair, and maintenance of all building systems and equipment

• Ensure facilities are functioning safely and efficiently

• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies with urgency and professionalism

• Work a flexible schedule including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays

What We’re Looking For:

• Open availability (including AM/PM shifts and weekends)

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• 1+ years of customer service experience

• 1–4 years of maintenance experience in a multi-unit facility (hotel or hospitality experience a plus)

• Clean DMV record

• HVAC certification a plus

• Relevant military experience a plus
