**Buildings & Grounds Laborer **

Williamstown, MA

Pay: $20–$23/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime available)

Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Do:

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and custodial work
• Assist with preventative maintenance on equipment and systems
• Operate tools and equipment (mowers, loaders, hand tools, etc.)
• Support building and grounds upkeep, including seasonal work (snow removal, landscaping)
• Assist with basic carpentry, painting, and facility repairs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid MA driver’s license
• Ability to perform physical work (lifting, climbing, outdoor work)
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
