Broadcast Systems Technician
WMUR, the ABC affiliate in Manchester, NH has an opening for a Broadcast Systems Technician. This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting both broadcast and IT systems that keep our stations on the air and operating at a high level. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys troubleshooting, learning new systems, and working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
You will work across a wide range of technologies including networking, servers, broadcast equipment, and live production systems. This position reports to the Engineering Director.

Requirements
This role participates in a structured, rotating schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. The rotation is designed to provide balanced coverage while ensuring exposure to all aspects of station operations.
Experience with managed network switches and IP-based systems.
Supporting servers, workstations, and network infrastructure
We also encourage candidates with strong IT, AV, or technical aptitude who are interested in learning broadcast systems to apply.
