Brick Manufacturing Production Positions (Operator / Mixer / Setter)

Location: Denton, TX

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Overtime as needed)

We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our brick manufacturing team. These are hands-on production roles in a fast-paced industrial environment. We are willing to train the right candidates who show a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Positions Available:

• Brick Machine Operator (mechanical aptitude required)
• Setting Operator (mechanical aptitude required)
• Sand & Slurry Mixer Operator (commercial & residential)

Job Duties:

• Operate and monitor brick manufacturing machinery
• Heavy Lifting
• Mix sand, slurry, and materials according to specifications
• Set and handle brick production materials
• Perform quality checks during production
• Operate forklifts safely (for applicable roles)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform heavy lifting and physical labor throughout shift

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (physically demanding work)
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Willingness to work early morning shift
• Forklift experience required for mixer role
• Basic math skills (for mixing position)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
