Job Overview:


 The Brand Marketing Manager, Tactical will lead Beretta’s marketing initiatives for the Tactical Category and support cross functional teams to ensure plans are aligned with category strategy and vision. The qualified candidate must be passionate about the outdoors, shooting sports, and have knowledge of the competitive marketplace, current industry, and customer trends. The Brand Marketing Manager, Tactical will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communications initiatives to increase awareness of and affinity for the Beretta brand and its full line of tactical products including firearms, clothing, and accessories, across multiple channels including traditional media, digital, video communications, social and influencer activations, and brand partnerships. This position will maintain oversight and accountability for internal and external communications, including strategy, design, execution, and measurement for commercial, retail, and DTC. 


  • Define the Tactical Category vision, goals, core strategies, and most efficient tactics to drive media coverage and reach new consumers, influencers, and investors across business, trade, and consumer press.
  • Support the category in writing marketing plans and strategic presentation decks to include data, insights, and GTM touchpoints.
  • Influence, educate, and promote marketing investment to our customers to increase top of the funnel demand creation.
  • Work with internal support resources to analyze and develop insights for marketing campaigns and communicate to relevant parties within the business via post-mortems.
  • Support GTM with processing orders for the Tactical category.
  • Assist in content shoot planning and execution, working with the Creative team to understand content needs to include working with product teams (firearms and soft goods) to pull together stylized looks and gather product for shoots.
  • Support the team in creation and execution of seeding plan (firearms and soft goods)
  • Own execution of research projects focused on tactical trends.
  • Work closely with partners across all departments (Sales, Product, Firearms, Clothing & Accessories, PR, Digital) to develop and deliver 360 marketing plans that reach consumers at several different touchpoints.
  • Identify areas and opportunities to improve the customer journey through new and emerging tools and technologies.
  • Maintain business unit calendar and help coordinate events with the Events Manager.
  • Own Brand KPIs including NPS, share of voice, brand recognition, foot traffic, consumer engagement, media performance, annual BHT scores.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Sales Directors to develop and execute the communications plan around sales led events.
  • Partake in the promotion development process in conjunction with Sales & Product, and Channel teams to ensure the timely and effective implementation of all promotional activity.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Channel, Ecommerce teams to develop marketing activities for wholesale.


  • Outstanding computer skills with ability to learn new software applications quickly.  
  • Experience in firearm and hunting industry are a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint or Keynote a plus  
  • Team player with initiative, ability to prioritize, multi-task without sacrifice of attention to detail and thrive in fast-paced environment.  
  • Strong organizational, project management, communication, and follow-through skills are required. 
  • Demonstrate strong technical acumen for troubleshooting and problem solving. 


  • Work is performed in a professional environment.  
  • Must be able to work independently/Autonomously for extended periods of time.  
  • Willing to travel when needed.  


  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent work experience preferred. . 
  • 7+ years brand marketing and communications experience in similar or adjacent industry.
  • Experience working with creative and product teams to develop efficient processes for feedback and collaboration.
  • Demonstrate track record of building brands via omnichannel strategies.
