Branch Manager

Pay: $130,000/annually DOE

Shift: First Shift

Location: Sutter, CA (On-site)

This position is a direct hire opportunity!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Branch Manager for our construction industry client to start immediately at $130,000/annually DOE. Receive comprehensive benefits through our clientupon hire!

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, overseeing crews and equipment for safety and efficiency
• Manage branch activities including training, staffing, inventory, and performance
• Coordinate project scheduling and equipment deployment to meet deadlines and budget targets
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and municipalities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including DOT and workplace safety practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience in construction/field operations
• 5+ years in traffic control, safety operations, or related industry
• Strong understanding of P&L statements, financial management, and operational reporting
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
