Position Summary
A well-established regional healthcare services company is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for its Eau Claire-area location. The organization provides respiratory equipment and services to patients, healthcare facilities, long-term care communities, and veterans throughout the region.
The Branch Manager will lead and mentor a small team of approximately 4–5 employees while ensuring excellent customer service, efficient branch operations, regulatory compliance, inventory management, and timely equipment deliveries.
This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who has experience managing drivers, overseeing branch or distribution operations, and assisting with deliveries when needed. The position reports to a Regional Operations Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and provide leadership to a team of 4–5 employees.
- Deliver respiratory equipment to patients and healthcare facilities as needed and provide education on safe use and care.
- Assign employee work schedules, on-call coverage, and driving routes.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure equipment is promptly returned following use.
- Ensure branch employees and operations remain compliant with applicable FDA, Board of Pharmacy, DOT, and other regulatory requirements.
- Support the Regional Operations Manager with employee performance evaluations, coaching, and development.
- Maintain a strong culture of customer service, accountability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications
Top candidates will have:
- Previous experience leading or managing drivers, delivery teams, branch operations, logistics, or a similar operation
- Willingness and ability to assist with deliveries when needed
- Current state-issued driver's license
- Class C CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements
- Ability to successfully complete a motor vehicle records check, drug test, and DOT physical
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills
- Ability to balance hands-on operational responsibilities with team leadership
- A genuine desire to serve customers and help improve their quality of life
