What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating press brake, shear, rolls, angle line, plasma tables, saws, drills, and Voortman machines, inspecting materials and setting up equipment to match drawing specs.

Performing routine maintenance and keeping productivity on point

Maintaining top-tier workmanship and adhering to safety protocols

Bringing your A-game to a team that values quality, collaboration, and accountability!

? What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of press brake experience

Skilled with overhead cranes, power tools, and common shop measuring devices

Ability to read shop drawings, understand bill of materials, and learn on the job

Commitment to working safely in a hands-on environment

A positive, team-driven attitude and desire to keep leveling up your skills

This position is classified as SAFETY SENSITIVE, so we’re serious about protecting you and your teammates every step of the way.

You should be proficient in:

• Tape Measure Reading
• CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
• Precision Measurement & Hand Metrology
• Machine Setups for Production Runs
• Blueprint Reading
