### Responsibilities

• Set up and operate brake press machines to bend and shape metal parts according to specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine product specifications.

• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards.

• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

• Document production data and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

  Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is a plus.

• Proven experience as a brake press operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot brake press machinery effectively.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
