Shift: 3rd Shift, 10:30 PM – 6:00 AM

As a Brake Press Operator, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process, ensuring products are made accurately and meet quality standards. You’ll work in a team-oriented environment where your skills and experience are valued.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate brake press machines to bend, cut, and shape metal components according to specifications.

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine job requirements.

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on brake press equipment to ensure optimal performance.

  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures and company policies.

  • Work with team members to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Document production information and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is a plus.

  • Previous experience as a Brake Press Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.

  • Strong understanding of brake press operations and metal fabrication processes.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other production documents.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.

  • Willingness to work 3rd shift and overtime as needed.
