Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Overtime Available

Experienced Press Brake Operators needed for a growing manufacturing company in the Bloomer area! This full-time opportunity offers $25.00 - $27.00 per hour and a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Overtime may include extended weekday hours as well as Friday, Saturday, or Sunday shifts as needed. We are seeking individuals with significant press brake experience who can work independently, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate press brake equipment
• Select and install appropriate tooling
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Measure bend angles and dimensions and make necessary adjustments
• Perform quality inspections on finished parts
• Utilize measuring tools, including calipers and protractors
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of professional press brake operating experience
• Strong blueprint-reading abilities
• Experience using manufacturing measuring instruments, including calipers
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good math and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

Work Environment This is a manufacturing environment involving metal fabrication and machine operation. Employees work around production equipment and should be comfortable standing for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks, and working in a moderate to loud manufacturing setting.
