Job Description

We are seeking experienced CNC Brake Press Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team producing precision metal components. This role is responsible for operating and adjusting CNC brake press equipment, interpreting machine controls and production drawings, and ensuring parts are formed accurately to specification. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, making basic machine adjustments, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a production environment.

Key Skills

• Experience operating CNC Brake Press machinery
• Ability to read and navigate CNC machine control screens and blueprints
• Understanding of positive and negative X-axis movement
• Experience performing basic machine adjustments and setup corrections
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork

Shifts and Wage

• $23.32/hr plus $0.60 shift premium for off shift
• 1st and 2nd shift available
• Monday–Thursday: 12-hour shifts
• Friday: 10-hour shifts
• Saturday: 8-hour shifts
• Lots of overtime availability
