As a Brake Press Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Cincinnati press brake machines. Your expertise in mechanical troubleshooting and blueprint reading will be essential in delivering high-quality products while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of Cincinnati press brake machines, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and production requirements.
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance on press brake equipment to minimize downtime.
• Train and mentor junior operators on best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating and leading teams on Cincinnati press brake machines.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of press brake operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or related field is a plus.
