Express is hiring a Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate to help keep deliveries moving and warehouse operations running smoothly at our Colonial Heights facility.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of driving, hands-on work, and teamwork. One day you might be making deliveries, the next helping keep the warehouse organized and orders moving out the door.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a box truck (Non-CDL) to deliver products to customers and job sites 🚚

• Load and unload materials accurately and efficiently

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork

• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management 📦

• Work with the warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly

• Help maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Experience driving a box truck or delivery vehicle preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day

• Strong attention to detail when handling deliveries and inventory

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently when needed

• Previous delivery driver or warehouse experience

• Experience with inventory or order picking

• Forklift experience (not required but a plus)
