Qualifications

• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a lead role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control processes.
