Responsibilities

• Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Document and report process performance metrics and anomalies.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Train and mentor new team members on process operations and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Process Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
