We are seeking a skilled and motivated Blow Molding Process Lead to join our dynamic team in Carrollton, TX. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our manufacturing operations, overseeing the blow molding process to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. D (Rotating) Schedule: Thursday–Saturday | 36 hours
Wednesday–Saturday | 48 hours
Candidate must also be biligual: English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the blow molding process, ensuring optimal production efficiency and product quality.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production processes and outcomes.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align production goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in blow molding operations, with a strong understanding of process controls.
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with manufacturing software.
