Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on blow molding machines and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of blow molding processes and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
