C Shift - Night Shift - $19/hr- Tues - 2am to 8am
D Shift - Day Shift - $17/hr- Wed - 2pm to 8pm
The Blow Molding Machine Operator supports daily production by setting up, operating, and maintaining blow molding equipment used to manufacture high‑quality plastic components. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and essential to meeting customer demand and maintaining product quality.
Operate blow molding machines to produce plastic parts according to specifications.
Perform machine setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting to maintain consistent production.
Inspect finished products for quality, including dimensions, appearance, and structural integrity.
Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical issues to maintenance.
Maintain accurate production records, including counts, scrap, and machine downtime.
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements.
Assist with material handling, mold changes, and routine cleaning of equipment.
Work collaboratively with production leads, quality technicians, and maintenance teams.
Remove rubber lids from machines and handle carefully.
Cut or peel excess rubber from each lid.
Walk parts to racks and hang them properly.
Clean, finished lids free of excess rubber & properly organized parts on racks.
Previous experience with production or machine operating
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial machinery.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
Ability to stand, lift, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
Willingness to work assigned shifts, including overtime as needed.
