Job Description

One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a dependable Blending Operator to support production operations at their Grafton, WI facility.

**Pay Rate: **$20/hr - $22/hr

**Shift: **2nd/3rd shift

Responsibilities:

• Weigh and prepare raw materials according to batch formulas, production orders, and established specifications

• Operate industrial blending, mixing, and compounding equipment safely and efficiently

• Load and transfer raw materials into mixers, blenders, and processing equipment

• Monitor mixing times, temperatures, speeds, and other process parameters

• Make adjustments to equipment and processes as directed to maintain product consistency

• Perform in-process quality checks and collect samples for laboratory or quality testing

• Accurately document batch information, material usage, production quantities, and process conditions

• Identify and report equipment, material, or quality issues to the appropriate team

• Perform equipment cleaning and basic operator-level maintenance between batches

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 1-2 years of experience in chemical processing, compounding, mixing, blending, manufacturing, or a related production environment

• Experience operating industrial processing or mixing equipment

• Ability to accurately measure and weigh raw materialsPrevious experience with chemical blending, compounding, coatings, adhesives, plastics, rubber, or specialty chemical manufacturing
