Blender Operator - Food Production

Position Title: Blender Operator

Location: Fall River, MA

Schedule: Full-Time | 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift Available

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Blender Operator to join our food production team. This position is responsible for preparing and blending ingredients according to established recipes, ensuring product quality, and supporting food manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with production personnel to accurately measure ingredients, operate blending equipment, and maintain food safety standards throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and transport ingredients from warehouse or storage areas to production lines.
• Accurately weigh, measure, and stage ingredients according to production recipes and work orders.
• Operate industrial blending, mixing, and processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow recipes and production specifications to ensure consistent product quality.
• Assist with cooking and preparation processes when required.
• Monitor blending times, temperatures, and ingredient quantities throughout production.
• Perform quality checks and report any discrepancies or equipment issues.
• Complete production documentation and batch records accurately.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with food safety standards.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas between production runs.
• Assist with inventory control and material handling activities.
• Follow all company safety policies, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety guidelines.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
