Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, masking, and sandblasting.
Operate industrial blasting and painting equipment safely.
Apply primers, paints, and protective coatings according to specifications.
Inspect completed work to verify coating quality, coverage, and finish.
Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
Read and follow work orders, drawings, and coating specifications.
Assist with material handling and support production schedules.
Follow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
Industrial blasting and painting experience preferred.
Knowledge of industrial coatings, surface preparation, and painting techniques.
Ability to safely operate blasting and painting equipment.
Familiarity with OSHA safety practices and PPE requirements.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must live within 30 minutes of the worksite.
Must be available to start immediately after hire.
Must wear closed-toe shoes, long pants, and cotton shirts.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb frequently.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
Ability to work in an industrial environment.
Must wear required PPE, including respirators and protective clothing.
