• Set up and operate bindery machines, including cutters, folders, and stitchers.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency throughout the production process.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on bindery equipment.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing or bindery operations is a plus.
• Previous experience as a bindery machine operator or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
