**We are seeking an experienced Bindery / Folder Operator to set up, operate, and maintain bindery equipment used in commercial printing and finishing operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate folding, stitching, cutting, gathering, and gluing machines.

• Adjust machine settings and perform quality checks during production runs.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary adjustments.

• Perform routine maintenance to keep machines running efficiently.

• Read job specifications and ensure finished products meet quality standards.

• Train and assist other operators as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience operating bindery, folder, stitcher, cutter, or finishing equipment.

• Ability to perform machine setups and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of print finishing processes.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Experience with MBO, Stahl, Muller Martini, Polar, or similar equipment is preferred.

• Saddle Stitch Binding
