Department Overview

The Federal Technical Center (FTC) is the premier subscriber depot dedicated to providing world-class subscriber service to the U.S. Federal Government Markets Division customer base in the repair of 2-Way portable and mobile radio systems.

Job Description

The scope of this position is to support the Billing and Shipping Team in billing, packaging, and shipping subscriber units received in a Depot Repair Environment.

Qualifications:

• The individual must be goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage all tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Possess a desire to ensure timely processing of activities for total customer satisfaction with a focus on service level, ISO 9001 Quality, and organizational objectives.

• Ability to interface with all FTC teams, Service Arms, and Customer base with assertiveness and a positive attitude.

• Proficiency in Google Suite

• Proficiency in MS Office Tools

• Ability to communicate with professional businesses and customers

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Experience with billing and shipping tasks within an Oracle Based ERP

• U.S. Citizen
