Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and containers efficiently and safely.
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies while performing tasks.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or loading experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
