**Warehouse Administrator | Immediate Openings **

Total Staffing Solutions, powered by Total Talent Resources is hiring several Bilingual Warehouse Administrators for immediate openings in Joliet, IL. This is a performance-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential.

Available Shifts/Pay:

• Tuesday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, $20.00/Hr.

• Saturday – Monday | 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM, $21.00/Hr.

We are seeking organized, detail-oriented, and fast-learning candidates with warehouse and computer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain warehouse data accurately

• Track inventory, shipments, and warehouse activity

• Process documentation and update system records

• Support order processing and reporting

• Communicate with warehouse staff and leadership

• Perform general administrative and clerical duties

• Maintain organized warehouse records

Requirements:

• Warehouse experience required

• Basic computer skills required

• Fast learner with strong attention to detail

• Able to understand, read, and speak English

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

• Reliable attendance and transportation

• Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment
