Job Description

**York Employment is seeking a Bilingual Vietnamese Warehouse Production Worker in the city of Chino. **

Under general supervision, the Shipping Warehouse Worker prepares finished products for shipment and supports daily shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced production environment. (First shift, starting at 6am but varies, must be flexible.)

Key Duties

• Pull, stage, scan, palletize, and shrink-wrap products for shipment
• Load trucks and verify shipments for accuracy and customer requirements
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments; report shortages or damage
• Perform poultry packaging in a clean, sanitary environment
• Maintain inventory records and assist with basic reporting
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required when applicable)
• Maintain clean work areas and follow all safety procedures
• Wear required PPE at all times
• Support overtime, weekends, and peak production needs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 20–75 lbs and stand for long periods (8–12 hour shifts)
• Comfortable working in cold, hot, humid, dusty, or loud environments
• Forklift certification preferred
• Production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience a plus
• Strong attendance, teamwork, and reliability
• Vietnamese language skills are a must

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Continuous movement throughout shift
• Exposure to active production environments and machinery
