Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Bilingual Recruiting Manager to lead recruiting efforts and support the continued growth of our workforce. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have strong experience in recruiting, candidate screening, client communication, employee relations, and team leadership.
This position requires someone who is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment, and capable of managing multiple job openings and recruiting priorities at the same time. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for developing recruiting strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, supporting recruiters, and ensuring clients receive qualified candidates in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily recruiting process for multiple positions and client accounts.
- Recruit candidates for manufacturing, warehouse, skilled trades, construction, general labor, administrative, and other positions as needed.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, recruiting events, and other recruiting methods.
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews in both English and Spanish.
- Screen applicants based on work history, skills, experience, availability, transportation, shift requirements, and client qualifications.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Write and post attractive and accurate job advertisements.
- Review resumes and assist candidates with presenting their experience and qualifications effectively.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring managers.
- Follow up with clients regarding submitted candidates, interviews, hiring decisions, start dates, and staffing needs.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
- Assist with onboarding requirements, including applications, employment documentation, background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to recruiting team members.
- Establish recruiting goals and monitor team performance and productivity.
- Build strong professional relationships with clients, candidates, employees, and community partners.
- Address employee concerns professionally and assist with attendance, performance, and assignment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee information within the applicant tracking or staffing system.
- Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with company policies and applicable employment requirements.
- Participate in job fairs, hiring events, community outreach, and other recruiting initiatives.
- Identify recruiting challenges and develop creative strategies to fill difficult or high-volume positions.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling candidate, employee, and client information.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish – required.
- Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
- Previous leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
- Staffing agency experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple positions, candidates, clients, and deadlines.
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Comfortable communicating with employees, candidates, supervisors, and client management.
- Experience using job boards, applicant tracking systems, email, Microsoft Office, and other recruiting tools.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- Professional, dependable, and solutions-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where hiring priorities may change quickly.
