**Responsibilities **

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Support onboarding processes, including preparing documentation and organizing orientation sessions.

  • Help administer employee benefits and respond to routine employee inquiries.

Assist with basic employee relations tasks and HR administrative duties.

  • Support HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and events.

Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development activities.

  • Help maintain compliance with labor laws and HR policies.

Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications: **

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role.

  • Familiarity with HR systems and databases is an advantage.

  • Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software tools.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.
