Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual HR Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our dynamic team in Woodridge, IL, 60517. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department by assisting with various administrative tasks and ensuring effective communication with our diverse workforce. Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting welcome sessions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in both English and Spanish.
• Help coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
• Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping functions.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in an HR role or administrative support is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
