General Laborer – Door Building (Production)

We are seeking dependable and hardworking bilingual (English/Spanish) individuals to join our team in a door building/production environment. This role involves working with materials, assembling components, and supporting the production of finished door products.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in assembling and building door units
• Measure, cut, and handle materials accurately
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Follow production schedules and instructions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform general labor tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Basic experience with tools preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
