We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Bilingual Administrative Payroll Assistant (English/Spanish) **to support our **Romeoville branch. **This position plays a key role in payroll processing, office operations, and providing a strong first impression to candidates and associates.

Bilingual Administrative Payroll Assistant (English/Spanish) Key Responsibilities:

Process and review weekly payroll for associates
Audit recruiter entries to ensure accuracy and compliance
Answer phones and assist with general office inquiries
Greet candidates and assist with check-ins and onboarding support
Maintain accurate records and update systems as needed
Support team with administrative tasks and daily office operations

Bilingual Administrative Payroll Assistant (English/Spanish) Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Strong attention to detail is required
Previous payroll, administrative, or staffing experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be flexible with schedule (able to start early and stay later when needed)
