W.S. Darley & Co. is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our Team! The Bid Coordinator supports the bid submission process, primarily for contracts under the Department of Defense (DoD). The role serves as the central point of contact for bid-related activities to maximize the chances of winning new business and growing the Division’s revenue. The Bid Coordinator ensures that proposals are prepared accurately and that client requirements are reviewed. Collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary information, compiling documents, and maintaining consistent branding throughout the process is essential to success, especially during surge months when a high volume of throughput is expected. This position reports to the Director of Contracts.

Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or as otherwise required.
TRAVEL
This position requires no travel. Attendance for Government Fiscal EOY End of Year is required from August 15-September 30.
