As part of our North America Human Resources team, you'll be based at our Peachtree Corners/Norcross Georgia location, which is the North America Headquarters. You'll be the first point of contact for a wide variety of Benefits related activities including leading the educational resources, assisting with issue escalation, ensuring compliance & service levels and assessing alternative plan options. You will work cooperatively with benefit administrator, broker and benefit vendors.

Your broad range of benefits knowledge means you're successful in improving processes, identifying competitive trends, providing training and working cooperatively with field resources. We're looking for someone who is energetic and self-motivated with the desire to organize and prioritize their own work.

To succeed in this role you will need

A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have strong knowledge of US laws and regulations and related HR legislation. Experience with multiple HRIS tools, especially Workday and ADP is strongly preferred. Experience with managing DC and DB pensions and both union and non-union plans desirable. Must possess a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism to be successful in the role.
