Description
Production Team Member – Belt Furnace Operator
Paulo Cleveland – 4428 Hamann Pkwy Willoughby, OH 44094
Wage: $19.05
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport parts to the staging area for production using equipment such as forklifts, hoists or pallet jacks.
- Visually inspect parts for defects, and position fixtures and parts. Load parts on the furnace belt as instructed on the Shop Order.
- Monitor the furnace, adjusting process variables such as temperature, belt speed, hydrogen flow scopes, and current, as required.
- Maintain traceability of all orders. Unload parts after processing in accordance with Shop Order.
- Communicate production problems to a supervisor and/or operator.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
License(s)/Certification(s) Required:
- Must be able to obtain a forklift certification.
Experience:
- 3 months of work experience.
