Position: Mixer Machine Operator

Pay: $22.00/hour

Location: Manteno, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Mixer Machine Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $22.00 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients per recipes
• Operate mixers and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor dough consistency and adjust as needed
• Perform quality checks on temperature, texture, and appearance
• Complete batch records, logs, and lot tracking accurately
• Maintain a clean workspace following GMP and food safety standards
• Report safety issues promptly and support production communication
• Support team efforts and assist with other operational duties

Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing or assembly, preferably with food production
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely
• Good attention to detail for quality checks
• Strong communication skills with team members
• Commitment to following safety procedures and standards
