Shift and Pay:

• 1st Shift 6 am - 2 pm
• Pay $30.29

This position is responsible for compounding and mixing raw materials to create quality products according to specifications. Candidates will work hands-on with production equipment and follow detailed batch instructions in a manufacturing environment.

Primary duties:

• Follow production schedules to complete batches on time

• Locate, verify, and stage raw materials for production

• Follow batch ticket instructions and quality procedures precisely

• Monitor and maintain production equipment with routine inspections

• Record material usage and production data accurately

• Submit samples to Quality Control as required

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Manufacturing or related experience preferred

• Basic math and mechanical skills

• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physical environment
