Key Responsibilities

**- System Programming & Commissioning: Install, configure, and commission BAS/DDC systems, including programming control logic for platforms like Siemens Desigo/Apogee or Johnson Controls Metasys.

  • Niagara Integration: Utilize Niagara N4 to integrate various HVAC equipment (VAVs, AHUs, chillers, boilers) and manage graphics, alarms, and trends.

  • Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose complex control malfunctions in HVAC and lighting systems using advanced diagnostic software and tools.

  • Field Work: Perform point-to-point checkouts, calibrate field devices (sensors, actuators), and ensure all system architecture meets engineering specifications.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate as-built drawings, service records, and system architecture documentation.

  • Customer Support: Provide technical training to end-users and represent the company in a professional, ethical manner on-site.

**Required Qualifications

**- Certification:¨NBSP;Niagara N4 Certification is Prefered.

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in BAS installation and troubleshooting.

  • Platform Expertise: Proven proficiency with Siemens (Apogee/Desigo) and/or Johnson Controls (Metasys/FX).

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC mechanical systems, DDC logic, and communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or varied environmental conditions.

  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

**Preferred Skills

**- Experience with other platforms like Honeywell, Distech, or Schneider Electric.

  • Journeyman HVAC or Electrical license.

  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
