Bakery Production Associate – Racine, WI

Looking for a hands-on job where you can stay busy and work as part of a team? Join our bakery production team and help create and package fresh baked goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training is provided!

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and measure ingredients
• Operate mixers, ovens, and production equipment
• Monitor products for quality
• Package and label finished products
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals
• Follow food safety and production guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and hardworking team members
• Previous food or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays
