Baker, Industrial Baking Manufacturing

Full-Time | Regular

Starting Pay: $22.50 to $23.00/hour DOE

Bridor is seeking Bakers to join our new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Salt Lake City. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing team producing premium bakery products for customers across North America.

Schedule

Initial Training Period:

• Monday through Friday
• Schedule may vary based on operational needs and training requirements

Regular Production Schedule (After Training):

• Monday through Wednesday
• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Three 12.5-hour shifts per week

We are hiring immediately and looking for candidates who are dependable, safety-focused, and passionate about baking.

What You'll Do

• Perform quality checks on baked products throughout production
• Follow established baking formulas, procedures, and specifications
• Prepare and organize products for baking and proofing
• Participate in product evaluations and quality assessments
• Assist in maintaining baking and proofing standards
• Support product development and testing activities
• Train and support team members on baking procedures when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all food safety, quality, and GMP standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of baking, pastry, or industrial food production experience
• Knowledge of dough handling, baking processes, and large-scale production environments
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
• Flexibility to work assigned schedules and overtime as needed
• Understanding of food manufacturing and safety regulations preferred
