Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated Back-Up Process Technicians to support our molding operations on 2nd and 3rd shift. This role is ideal for experienced molding operators looking to grow their technical skills while supporting daily production, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts. This is a Temp to Hire position.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a molding operator

• Basic mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to respond to production issues in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to safety and cleanliness

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all process equipment and work areas are clean and free of safety hazards

• Perform basic technical responsibilities within the molding department

• Answer production pages and respond to machine issues

• Start up molding machines and assist with changeovers as needed

• Troubleshoot scrap and quality issues

• Support maintenance and engineering with projects and process improvements

You should be proficient in:

• Injection Molding Experience
• Blueprint Reading
