As the B2B Sales Rep, you will have the autonomy to chase strategic ideas and dreams while maintaining that small business grind and mindset. You will be given annual sales focus and be required to perform everything from developing strategy, creating the order, and making sure the order ships out on time.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Develop the sales strategy for the annual focus
  • Comfortable with cold calls and building new relationships
  • Input orders into the system once POs are received
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and sales appointments
  • Maintain existing customer relationships
  • Acquire extensive product knowledge to speak in a passionate and accurate manner
  • Ability to thrive in a team setting
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and fulfillment to ensure orders are shipped on time
  • Maintains all required HR documentation
  • Upholds JUNK Brand’s values of acting with integrity, working together as a team, and treating each other with respect


Skills & Competencies


  • Outgoing with the ability to strike up and carry a conversation with anyone
  • Must be extremely driven
  • Must be able to take direction from multiple personnel and excel in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task with multiple accounts, orders, and ship dates
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to customers and JUNK team members
  • Basic telemarketing skills


Education & Qualifications


  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Apple equivalent


Physical Requirements


  • Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend and move about the office
  • Required to have close visual acuity to perform computer tasks.
