Summary
This position is responsible for directing and training supervisors in all facets including but not limited to:
You will be accountable for performance in areas such as safety, quality, workers' compensation, turnover, bid movement, Team Member morale, and other duties as needed.

Education
Experience
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• Two years of employment at Tyson or equivalent experience preferred.
• Familiarity with processing floor operations and fresh meats processing is a plus; 5+ years of experience in fresh meats processing strongly preferred.
• HACCP certification and understanding of basic HACCP principles, including CCP monitoring verification, are a plus.
