Description - External

Seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with strong skills in both Azure and SharePoint who will help lead, collaborate, and architect harmonized solutions for onsemi. This technical leader will play a critical role in supporting our commercial strategies and engaging in the ongoing transformation of our business with our internal and external partners. Fostering key partnerships with strategic internal partners are essential for success. This is both a strategic role and a technical role requiring the ability to handle complex situations in a dynamic environment, as well as provide solid technical solutions as part of the transformation and modernization effort.

Responsibilities:

• • Guide and assist onsemi in building out our nascent Azure environment, following industry best practices.
  • Lead, guide, and architect the SharePoint strategy and vision for the organization going forward
  • Responsible for supporting key projects that execute the defined strategy.
  • Bridge design and business disciplines, evaluating and gauging appropriate risks and future opportunities.
  • Work across teams to diagnose, troubleshoot and remediate issues and concerns raised by key stakeholders.
  • Architect rapid fire, proof of concept solutions that address the strategic needs of our business partners.
  • Monitor key external design and industry trends, influence internal quality of solutions, and help shape thought leadership.
  • Software development will be required from time to time, to support initiatives.

Qualifications - External

Skills & Requirements

• • Must have 5+ Years hands-on working experience of as a SharePoint Architect/Consultant (SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013, and older).
  • Must have hands-on working experience of 4+ Years as an Azure Architect/Consultant, ideally working with large enterprises.
  • Strong understanding of Multi-Cloud Services
  • A good understanding of both Cloud and SharePoint Governance.
  • Strong Technical leadership – should be able to build technical capability and provide mentoring.
  • Strong in Microsoft SharePoint/M365 technologies, including:
    • Web Part Development – identify standard and custom development and execute
    • Search Customization
    • Workflow development – strong understanding of modeling workflows and developing portal solution based on the workflows
    • Power Apps and Power Automate
    • Microsoft Technology Stack (.NET Framework, C#, SPFx, etc.)
    • Web development technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Key competencies to include coaching, influencing senior stakeholders, managing time & priorities, conflict management, commercial / bid awareness, excellent presentation delivery and technical writing

  • Experience working in a DevOps environment.
