As a key member of our team, the Systems Architecture Engineer will work with Development teams and Mission Planning DevOps engineers to solve critical issues while improving customer experience. Other responsibilities include:

• Build and support scalable infrastructure to support micro services and system orchestration

• Provide technology recommendations for specific AWS infrastructure implementations

• Investigate and contribute to solving issues in test and production environments

• Provide collaborative conduit between various technical and non-technical teams

• Build effective monitoring, alerts, and metrics for development and production environments

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and be willing and able to obtain a DoD security clearance

• 3+ years of experience with AWS cloud, including EC2, S3, IAM, security groups, and VPCs

• Experience with Terraform

• Experience with Unix/Linux environments

• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot a very large complex system of services

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and container orchestration

• Experience building CI/CD systems

• Experience in AWS DevOps teams

• Experience working in Agile development team

Compensation range for this position is from $108,000 to $180,000 depending on skills and experience
